Robert Grotell
Robert Grotell, the firm’s founder and principal, possesses over 30 years of successful aviation, transportation management and public-service experience with an extensive background in noise complaint management, noise abatement compliance monitoring, airport and heliport planning and operations, regional airline management and operations, mass-transit system management, transportation policy and municipal government. He has significant experience in addressing aircraft noise-related community compatibility issues, preparing aviation master plans, environmental studies and project proposals, FAA AIP grant processing and community and government relations.
